Delete Specific Data

Delete content yourself, in the app

Most data can be removed without deleting your account. Sign in at lexsedu.lexstech.com or open the mobile app, then delete individual items where they live: lesson plans and notes in the Planner, documents in the Document Center, and resources or listings in the Marketplace (My library → remove). Deletion is immediate and permanent.

Edit or remove profile details

Open Settings → Profile to change or clear the details on your account — display name, phone number, school, and similar fields. Removing a phone number also disables SMS sign-in for that number.

Request deletion by email

Want specific data removed that has no in-app control, or prefer we do it? Email from the address on your account describing what to delete (for example "delete my Document Center files"). We verify ownership, complete the deletion, and confirm by email.

What we may keep

A minimal record of financial transactions may be retained where required by tax, accounting or anti-fraud law. It is kept secure, is not used to contact you, and is never sold.
