Agreement

These terms govern your use of LexsEdu. By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to them. If you use LexsEdu on behalf of a school, you confirm you are authorised to bind that organisation.

Your account

You are responsible for your account and for activity under it. Keep your credentials secure. Accounts are bound to devices for security; contact your administrator to authorise a new device.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the platform, including:

• Uploading unlawful, infringing or harmful content.
• Attempting to disrupt, reverse-engineer or gain unauthorised access to the service.
• Using AI features to generate prohibited or deceptive material.

Content & ownership

You retain ownership of the content you create. You grant us the limited licence needed to host and process it to provide the service. Marketplace sales are governed by additional seller terms; creators receive 80% of net sales.

Plans & billing

Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. You can upgrade, downgrade or cancel at any time; changes take effect immediately and are prorated. Prices may vary by region.

Availability

We work hard to keep LexsEdu available and up to date, but the service is provided “as is” without warranties of uninterrupted operation. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses to the extent permitted by law.

Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms. On termination you can export your data for a reasonable period.

Changes

We may update these terms; we will notify you of material changes. Continued use after changes means acceptance.
